要 目的 ：观察 中药综合 治疗对老年 2 型糖尿病足 （早期 ）下肢血 管病变相关 因素 旳 影 响 。 方法 ：选择符合标准 的糖尿病足 (早期)患者 90 例 ，采用随机单盲对照方法分为 综合 治疗 组 60 例和对照组 30 例 ，综合 治疗 组在 一般 治疗 的基础上给予 中药 内服加外 洗 ；对照组给 予一般 治疗 ，治疗 8 周 ，观察 治疗前后症状 、血糖 、血脂 、凝血系列 、 血流变学 、内皮 四项 、下肢动静脉彩超 、踝/助:指数等指标 ，并釆用 SP SS 17.0 统计软 件进 行 数 据 处理 。 结果 ：综合 治疗 组总有 效率分别 为 86.7% 、83.3% , 与对照组有 效率 63.3% 相 比, 均有显著性差异 (P0.05)，提示中药综合治疗可 以明显改善老年 2 型糖尿病早期下肢 血管病变 的临床症状 ，同时治疗组 的血脂 、凝血系列 、血流变学 、内皮 四项 、下肢动 静脉彩超 、躁/肱指数等指标 ，均较前 明显改善 ，与对照组 比较有显著性差异 (P0.05)。 结论 ：中药综合 治疗通过调节病 人 的糖 脂代谢紊乱 ，改善凝血系列 、血流变 、内 皮 四项 、踝/肱指数 、下肢动静脉彩超指标等 多靶 点治疗 ，改善微循环 ，达 到改善 患 肢局部供血 ，缓解或消除临床 不适症状 ，从而 降低糖尿病足坏疽 的发病率和截肢率 ， 提 高 患者 的生活质量 ，符合 中医理论 “未病 先 防 ，既病 防变 ”的原 则 。 关键 词 中药综合 治疗 ；2 型糖尿病 足早 期下肢血管病 变 ；益 气活血 ；化痰通络 ; 临床 研 究 T rad itional C h in ese m ed icin e m u lti-m odality typ e 2 d iab etes m e llitu s lo w er lim b b lo o d v e sse l le sio n Sp eciality : Internal M edicine of T C M A u th or : C ao X iang-ling T u to r : P ro .
