提 要 目的：综合观察中西医结合治疗轻中度活动期狼疮性肾炎(LN)的临床疗效，探讨 中西医结合治疗的思路与优势。 方法：将 60 例轻中度活动期的狼疮性肾炎患者按 1:l 比例随机分为治疗组和对 照组。治疗组在联合免疫抑制剂治疗的基础上，配合中药方剂治疗，对照组单使用激 素联合免疫抑制剂治疗，观察各组病例中患者纳入时及治疗 3 个月期间，临床症状、 体征、血常规、血沉、尿常规、补体 C3、C4、24 小时尿蛋白定量、肝肾功能及自身 抗体等指标，研究分析两组方案的临床疗效、化验指标、激素用量及不良反应发生的 情况等。 结果：(1) 治疗组方案在疾病疗效及证候疗效方面均具有显著效果，其总有效率 高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；(2)治疗组治疗后 24h 尿蛋白定量、uRBC 改善显著优于于对照组(24 小时尿蛋白定量：P0.01，uRBC：P0.05 )；治疗组治疗 后血沉下降显著优于对照组（P0.01）；（3）治疗组激素使用量明显低于对照组，差 别有统计学意义(P0.01)；(4)治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差别有统计学意 义(P0.05)。 结论：在提高轻中度活动期狼疮性肾炎患者的临床疗效、改善实验室指标、降低 不良反应的发生率、减少激素使用量等方面，中西医结合治疗组疗效优于对照组。 关键词 中西医结合；狼疮性肾炎；轻中度活动期；系统性红斑狼疮 Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of mild active period of the clinical curative effect of lupus nephritis observation and research Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Rheumatic Disease Author: YANG MEI Tutor: Prof. Fu Xinli Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effects of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on mildly or moderately stage of lupus nephritis (LN) ，to discuss the thinking and advantage of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
