提 要 目的:以植物性中药为研究对象,探讨中药药性与基原属性的相关性,中药药味 与基原属性的关系。通过原植物属性、药材属性和化学成分(次生物质)初步判断中 药的药性或药味。为从基原属性判断药性药味提供基本依据。 方法:先采用卡方检验初步确立各变量分属寒性和热性的数量和所占的百分比 例,接着采用一元Logistic回归方法,以基原属性各变量为自变量,药性(1=热性, 0=寒性)为因变量,分析药性与基原属性的关系。最后分析出与药性有关的基原属 性变量后,以有统计学意义的变量(P0.05)作为自变量拟合非条件多元 Logistic 回归模型,最后判断出药性与基原属性之间的关系。以此方法分析药味与基原属性的 关系。 结果:影响中药药性的基原属性主要为味辛、油细胞、木脂素、有机含硫化合物。 影响中药酸味的基原属性主要为叶肉质、单身复叶、味酸、强心甙。影响中药苦味的 基原属性主要为根(根茎)块状、叶针形、味苦。影响中药甘味的基原属性主要为种 皮青色、味甘、药材白色。影响中药辛味的基原属性主要为叶下表面赤色、质润、味 辛、油室、有机含硫化合物。影响中药咸味的基原属性主要为全草类、加工类、味咸、 药材不规则形。影响中药淡味的基原属性主要为叶纸质、叶革质、全草类、外观白色。 影响中药涩味的基原属性主要为耐热植物、味涩、鞣质。 结论:中药原植物属性、药材属性和化学成分(次生物质)可以用来初步判断中 药药性和药味。影响中药药性或药味的基原属性存在差异。 关键词:药性;药味;基原属性 Abstract Objective:To understand the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and the original characters, five tastes and the original characters,and provide the fundamental basis, we studied the chinese medicinal herbs.Traditional Chinese medicine and five tastes were judged preliminarily by the plant properties, the crude drug properties and secondary metabolites. Methods:Firstly the number and percentage of cases were established by chi-square test preliminarily,which belong to the cold and hot,secondly the relationship of traditional Chinese medicine and the original characters was analyzed, using the Logistic regression method,the original properties as independent variables, properties (1=heat,0=cold) as the dependent variable.Finally non-conditional multiple logistic regression model was established by using the variables which were statistically significant (P0.05), the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and the original characters was judged.So did Five tastes and original characters. Results: The main original characters affectting the Chinese herbal medicine were spicy flavor, oil cells, lignans,sulfur-containing
