提 要 目的：通过临床观察，研究探讨中药抗丙肝颗粒联合“长效干扰素+利巴韦林” 治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效。 方法：选择符合纳入标准的慢性丙型肝炎患者60例，随机分为两组，对照组（30 例）给予皮下注射长效干扰素并口服利巴韦林，试验组（30 例）在对照组用药基础 上加用中药抗丙肝颗粒，两组均以24周为疗程，观察比较两组的疗效差异。 结果：临床研究显示，试验组临床综合疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组（P0.05 或 P0.01），试验组能明显改善患者血清 ALT、AST 等生化指标，其疗效优于对照组 （P0.05或P0.01），两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。 结论：中药抗丙肝颗粒联合“长效干扰素+利巴韦林”是治疗慢性丙型肝炎的有 效方案，中药抗丙肝颗粒可有效的减轻患者症状，改善患者肝功能，本研究肯定了其 疗效。 关键词 中药抗丙肝颗粒；长效干扰素；慢性丙型肝炎；临床研究 Anti-HCV Particles Combined with Pegylated Interferon plus ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis curative effect observation Specialty：Internal Medicine of TCM.
