精品论文 参考文献 有保育要求卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤的手术治疗方案及疗效分析 陕西省汉中市中心医院 妇科 陕西汉中 723000 【摘 要】目的：对有保育要求卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤患者的临床手术治疗方法和治疗效果分析。方法：临床选取我院在2009年2月-2010年2月手术治疗的68例有保育要求的卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤患者，依照患者临床不同手术方式分成两组，其中对照组患者实施全面分期手术治疗，观察组患者实施保守手术治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床手术效果及分娩率等指标。结果：和对照组相比，观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量均显著偏少，两者对比（P＜0.05）。和对照组相比，观察组患者的术后并发症、复发率显著偏低，差异显著（P＜0.05），同时观察组患者的术后妊娠率、分娩率以及生存率偏高，但是两者对比差异不明显（P＞0.05）。结论：在有保育要求卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤患者临床治疗中，实施保守手术治疗，临床效果更为显著，值得推广应用。 【关键词】有保育要求；卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤；手术治疗 【中图分类号】R737.31 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）9-0870-02 Conservation requirement of ovarian germ cell tumors surgery treatment and curative effect analysis 【Abstract】objective：The conservation requirement ovarian germ cell tumors in patients with clinical surgical treatment methods and curative effect analysis. Methods：clinical selection in February 2009 - February 2009, there is a requirement for conservation of surgical treatment of 68 cases of ovarian germ cell tumor patients, divided into two groups according to different clinical surgery way, including the control thorough staging in patients with surgical treatment, observation group, conservative surgical treatment for the analysis of two groups of patients with the clinical effect of surgery and births and other indicators. Results: compared with control group, the observation group of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss were significantly fewer, the contrast group (P lt; 0.05). Compared with the control group and observation group of patients with postoperative complications and recurrence rate was significantly lower, significant difference (P lt; 0.05), and at the same time observation group of patients with postoperative pregnancy rate, births and high survival rate, but the difference is not obvious (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion：the conservation requirement of ovarian germ cell tumor patients in the clinical treatment, conservative surgery treatment, clinical effect is more significant, is worthy of popularization and application. 【key words】is
