精品论文 参考文献 标准化护理用于神经电生理监测下听神经瘤手术中的价值 （西南医科大学附属医院 四川泸州 646000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨神经电生理监测下听神经瘤手术中标准化护理的应用价值。方法：选取我院收治的86例接受听神经瘤手术患者的临床资料，医院收治时间为2014年2月-2016年3月。随机将患者分为对照组与观察组，两组分别有43例患者。对照组根据常规模式进行护理，观察组给予标准化护理，比较两组患者的护理满意度、手术时间。结果：①患者满意度：观察组为97.67%，对照组为79.07%，对比有明显差异（Plt;0.05）。②手术时间：对照组为（216.73plusmn;41.34）min，观察组为（186.29plusmn;34.77）min，对比有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在听神经瘤手术中，通过实施标准化护理干预，能够缩短手术时间，提升患者满意度，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】听神经瘤；标准化护理；满意度 　　【中图分类号】R473.73 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）20-0018-02 　　 The standard of care for acoustic neuroma surgery the value of electrophysiological monitoring 　　 Gong Xuemei.The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, Luzhou 646000, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the application value of neural electrophysiological monitoring to acoustic neuroma surgery in nursing standard. Methods In our hospital from 86 cases undergoing acoustic neuroma surgery in patients with clinical data and hospital time for February 2014 to 2016 in March. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, two patients in the 43 groups. Control group according to the conventional mode of nursing, the observation group was given standardized nursing, nursing satisfaction, operation time of the two groups were compared. Results The patients satisfaction degree: 97.67% in the observation group and 79.07% in the control group, there were significant differences (Plt;0.05). Operation time: the control group was (216.73plusmn;41.34) min, the observation group was (186.29plusmn;34.77) min, the comparison was statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Conclusion In listening to acoustic neuroma surgery, through the implementation of standardized nursing intervention, which can shorten the operation time, enhance patient satisfaction, is worth the clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】Acoustic neuroma; Standardized nursing; Satisfaction 　　听神经瘤属于颅内肿瘤中的一种类型，据数据资料统计[1]，在颅内肿瘤患者中，听神经瘤病患所占比例在8%～10%间，属于比较常见的一种肿瘤疾病。
