精品论文 参考文献 标准模式化护理在急诊患者转运过程中的应用 秦川 黄慧（通讯作者） 　　（武汉市中心医院 湖北 武汉 430014） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨标准模式化护理在急诊患者转运过程中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月至2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的急诊患者160例，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组患者80例。对照组患者转运过程中实施常规护理，观察组患者转运过程中实施标准模式化护理，对比两组患者转运过程中科室纠纷发生率、护患纠纷发生率与护理满意率进行比较。结果：观察组患者交接过程中的护患纠纷发生率与科室纠纷发生率低于对照组，护理满意率高于对照组，组间存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论：在急诊患者转运过程中实施标准模式化护理可降低护患纠纷发生率，提高护理满意率，保障患者得到优质、高效的临床护理，减少危险事件的发生。 　　【关键词】急诊；转运过程；应用 　　【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）6-0553-01 　　【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect of the standard model of care applications during transport emergency patients.Methods:from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital emergency department treated 160 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 patients in each group.Transport processes implemented in the control group of patients routine care of patients in the observation group in transit mode of implementation of standards of care,comparing two groups of patients in the department transit dispute incidence rate dispute between nurses and patients and nursing satisfaction rate for comparison.Results:The patients in the observation group in the transition process of nursing disputes with the department dispute incidence rates than the control group,nursing satisfaction rate was higher,there was a significant difference (P lt;0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:The implementation of the standard model of care during transport emergency patients can reduce the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients,improve nursing satisfaction guarantee patients receive high quality,efficient clinical care and reduce the risk of incidents. 　　【Key words】emergency;transit;Application 　　我院对观察组患者在转运过程中实施标准模式化护理，具体情况如下： 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1临床资料 　　选取2014年1月至2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的急诊患者160例，将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组患者80例。观察组中男48例、女32例，患者年龄为20~75岁，平均（53.0plusmn;2.0）岁；对照组中男50例、女30例，患者年龄为18~72岁，平均（54.2plusmn;3.0）岁。两组患者在一般临床资料上无显著差异（P＞0.05），具有可比性。 　　1.2方法 　　对照组患者在转运过程中采取常规护理模式。观察组患者在转运过程中采取标准模式化护理，具体情况如下：
