基于BIM的图书馆项目建模分析 摘要 BIM即建筑信息模型。它是用建筑工程项目与之相关的信息数据来作为该模型的基础，从而对建筑进行模型的建立，通过数字息来仿真拟此建筑物所具有的实信息。在如今的国际建筑行业中，BIM已越来越被广泛应用，而国内目前还处在初步阶段。当然，随着我国建筑行业不断地进步与发展，也为了与国际接轨，BIM的应用也越来越被重视与推广。所以，该项技术将会是我国建筑业中的主流技术。 在此背景下，本设计选择了BIM的建模与分析。研究过程中，查阅和参考了一些关于BIM的相应资料，并重点研究BIM的三维建模分析。本设计以“双鸭山市图书馆”项目为例，用revit软件将图书馆的CAD平面图建模成3D效果，包括建筑、结构、水电暖等对图书馆项目进行具体的综合分析并进行碰撞检查。BIM通过对项目进行建模分析，使得建筑设计师能够更好的设计、建造以及维护建筑物，本设计将应用BIM概念对“双鸭山市图书馆”项目进行一次实例的探索研究，使得我们更加直观具体的了解BIM在建筑行业的应用，从理论阶段到实践应用的全面认识。 关键词：BIM；建模；碰撞检查；分析  Modeling Analysis of Library Project Based on BIM Abstract BIM, stands for Building Information Modeling, based on the relevant information and data of building projects as a basis for model, to establish the building model , through digital information simulation true information of the building .
