In order to study the influencing factors of researchers willingness to share scientific data ，the authors propose a scientific data sharing intention model based on the theory of Planned Behavior and Technology Accept Model. The authors capture the data needed in the model by a online survey of 328 scientists ，then use the SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 software to process the original data ，explore current data sharing practices and perceptions of the barriers and enablers of data sharing. Lastly，some suggestions for developing the willingness of data sharing in the future according to the results of the research are put forward.
