There is a question that the contemporary theory of participatory democracy or participative governance is a political romantice or a true picture of democracy. The study of the concept vision of administrative ethics, Professor Zhang Kangzhis new book, carried out a detailed answer and explanation. The theory of cooperation governance aimed at improving public governance not only provides a train of thought to handle the problem between technology and value pursuit of the modern public governance, but also made a detailed comparative analysis and meticulous inspection deeply about the history and theory of participative governance cooperative governance.
