精品论文 参考文献 次全结肠切除术在梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤临床治疗中的应用效果观察 江西省南昌市安义县人民医院 江西省南昌 330500 摘要：目的：探究次全结肠切除术在梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤临床治疗中的应用效果。方法：选择某院2015年6月-2016年6月接收治疗的80例梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象。对患者行次全结肠切除术，观察患者治疗前后各项指标以及术后并发症情况。结果：患者经过次全肠切除术治疗后，C反应蛋白、白细胞数量、内毒素以及肿瘤坏死因子指数均得到明显的降低，并且与治疗前相比具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。吻合口瘘患者1例（1.25%），出血患者1例（1.25%），创口感染患者1例（1.25%），腹泻患者2例（2.50%），总并发症率为（6.25%）。结论：在对梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤患者的临床治疗中，采用次全结肠切除术治疗方式对患者而言，具有较好的疗效，并且可以降低并发症机率，具有重要的临床应用价值。 关键词：次全结肠切除术；梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤；治疗效果 Abstract：objective：to explore the time total colectomy in obstructive colon tumors on the left side of the application effect of clinical treatment. Methods：to choose a hospital in June 2015 - June 2016 to receive treatment of 80 cases of obstructive left colonic cancer patients as the research object. Total colectomy is done with patients， the indicators before and after treatment and postoperative complications were observed. Results：after treatment， after a time the whole bowel resection in patients with CRP， the number of white blood cells， endotoxin and tumor necrosis factor index were significantly lower， and the statistical difference compared with before treatment（P lt; 0.05）. Anastomotic fistula in 1 case（1.25%）patients， patients with bleeding in 1 case（1.25%）， wound infection in 1 case（1.25%）， 2 cases of diarrhea patients（2.50%）， the total complication rate was（6.25%）.Conclusion：in the clinical treatment of obstructed the left colon cancer patients， a total colectomy is done using time treatment for patients， has good curative effect， and can reduce complications， has important clinical value. Key words：total colectomy；Obstructed the left colon cancer；Treatment effect 梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤属于大肠癌中的一种，并且是常见的急腹症[1]。其具有复杂和特殊性，在对患者的临床治疗中，虽然需要行手术治疗，但是在手术方式的选择方面仍然存在较大的争议[2]。采用次全结肠切除术可以较好的提升患者的治疗效果，并且可以降低患者不良反应症状的发生率。现报道如下。 1 研究对象与方法 1.1 研究对象 选择某院2015年6月-2016年6月接收治疗的80例梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象。患者年龄18-66岁，平均年龄（42.5plusmn;3.6）岁，其中男性患者66例，女性患者14例。患者病程2h-3d，平均病程为（6.6plusmn;2.2）h。纳入标准：（1）患者经过临床影像诊断确诊为梗阻性左侧结肠肿瘤，并且可以耐受手术治疗。（
