精品论文 参考文献 浅析吸入麻醉联合静脉复合麻醉在乳腺癌根治手术中的麻醉观察 北安市第一人民医院 164000 【摘 要】目的 浅析吸入麻醉和全凭静脉麻醉在乳腺癌根治手术中的麻醉效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2013年1月至2014年7月入住我院接受治疗的76例乳腺癌手术患者，将其临床麻醉资料进行回顾性分析，并将患者按照麻醉用药方法不同分为实验组和对照组。对照组进行吸入麻醉，实验组在对照组基础上联合静脉复合麻醉，比较两组麻醉效果。结果 实验组镇痛起效时间和对照组相比差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；实验组VAS评分在5 min时为（7.2plusmn;2.1）、90 min时为（2.2plusmn;1.5）和对照组（对照组组VAS评分在5 min时为（4.1plusmn;0.4）、90 min时为（1.7plusmn;0.3））相比差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；实验组手术前心率为、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压等和对照组相比差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；实验组麻醉后没有1例出现不良反应，对照组有3例出现呕吐、恶心等不良反应（Plt;0.05）。结论 在乳腺癌患者中采用吸入麻醉联合静脉复合麻醉效果较好，能够缓解患者疼痛，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】吸入麻醉；全凭静脉麻醉；乳腺癌根治手术；麻醉效果 　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of inhalation anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia in breast cancer radical operation. Methods the study object is choice in 2013 January 2014 July occupancy our hospital treatment of 76 cases of breast cancer surgery patients，the clinical anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed，and were in accordance with the anesthesia method in different divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given inhalation anesthesia，the experimental group was combined with intravenous anesthesia on the basis of the control group，compared the effect of two groups of anesthesia. No group is compared to the results in the experimental group，the analgesic onset time and the control group showed no statistical significance（P gt; 0.05）；the experimental group VAS score at 5 min（7.2 + 2.1），90 min（2.2 + 1.5）and control group（control group，VAS score at 5 min（4.1 + 0.4），90 min（1.7 + 0.3）difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；experimental group before surgery for heart rate，oxygen saturation，the mean arterial pressure and the control group compared to the difference was not statistically significant（P gt; 0.05）；the experimental group after anesthesia in 1 case appeared adverse reaction，the control group 3 cases of vomiting，nausea and other adverse reactions（P lt; 0.05）.
