本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 学 院 管理 年 级 200级专 业 公共事业管理班 级 公管（） 学 号 02020 学生姓名 指导教师 职 称 教授 论文提交日期 20115.15. 常熟理工学院本科毕业设计(论文论文江苏新型农村社会养老保险试点的问题与对策研究 摘 要 农村社会养老保险是社会保障体系的重要组成部分，也是我国建设社会主义新农村的重要组成部分。农村社会养老保险制度的完善与否，关系到经济发展、社会稳定、人民安居乐业的大局。当前新型农村社会养老保险正在全国推行，江苏作为先行先试地区，在探索与经济与社会相适应的农村社会养老保险制度方面取得了明显的成效。但是，对照城乡一体化发展的要求，尤其与城镇职工社会养老保险制度相比，目前新型农村社会养老保险还存在不少问题。通过对江苏苏州、无锡、常州、徐州等13个市的571份问卷调查，对江苏新型农村社会养老保险试点运行过程中的问题进行了探讨。在此基础上，提出了进一步完善新型农村社会养老保险制度的对策建议。 关键词： 社会养老保险 新型农村社会养老保险 农村 江苏 The problem and suggestions of rural old-age social security insurance spot in Jiangsu Province Abstract Rural old-age social security insurance is an important component of the whole social security insurance system, is also an important part of building a new socialist countryside in China. The improvement of rural old-age social security insurance system is relative to economic development, social stability, the overall situation of the living and working standard. Now we are implenting the new rural old-age social security insurance in our country ．As a pioneer spot ,Jiangsu acchived a great effort in discovering a pension system which is in harmony with both economic and social development. But in order to meet the needs of integrated urban-rural development, and in contrast with rural worker social pension system,there are still a lot of problems with the current rural social pension system.By investigating thirteen cities in Jiangsu Province like Changshu,Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou and Xuzhou and making 571 questionairs, we discuss problems of rural social pension in Jiangsu .On this basis,we offer lots of relative suggestions to solve these problems. .
