精品论文 参考文献 浅析无张力修补术和传统手术治疗腹外疝的临床效果差异 1北安市庆华医院 164000；2北安市第一人民医院 164000 　　摘要：目的 研究并探讨无张力修补术和传统手术治疗腹外疝的临床效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2009年10月—2012年10月入院接受治疗的疝修补手术患者400例。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为试验组与对照组。其中试验组采用无张力修补术，对照组采用传统手术进行疝修补，对两组的临床资料进行观察对比。结果 对照组与试验组的平均手术时间为65 min与50 min；两组在手术时间上差异有统计学意义；对照组与试验组的评价住院天数为10.2 d与4.5 d，从住院时间来看，两组具有显著的统计学差异；对照组与试验组的平均治疗费用分别为2 078.5元与2 000.6元，从住院费用来看两组差异无统计学意义；对照组与试验组平均术后活动时间为187.6 h与13.2 h，两组相比差异有统计学意义；对照组与试验组的术后并发症发生概率为58.4%与23.7%，两组差异有统计学意义。结论 腹外疝无张力疝修补的平均手术时间、术后恢复时间、平均术后活动时间、术后并发症的概率来看无张力疝修补术是治疗腹外疝的有效治疗方式。 　　关键词：无张力修补术；传统修补术；腹外疝修补 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical effect of tension free repair and traditional operation in the treatment of abdominal external hernia.Methods the study subjects were 400 cases of hernia repair patients admitted to hospital from October 2012 to October 2009.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group，there was no tension repair，the control group used the traditional operation for hernia repair，and the clinical data of the two groups were observed and compared.Results in the control group and the experimental group average operation time was 65 min and 50 min；the two group in the operation time difference was statistically significant；the evaluation in the test group and the control group were 10.2 D and 4.5 D，from the time of hospitalization，there was significant difference between the two groups；the control group and test the average cost of treatment the group is 2078.5 yuan and 2000.6 yuan，the hospitalization expenses of two groups had no significant difference；the average postoperative activity time control group and the experimental group was 187.6 h and 13.2 h，there was significant difference between two groups；the complication probability was 58.4% and 23.7% in the control group and the experimental group after operation，there was significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion：the average operat
