The compared experiment has been cond cted to st dy the effects of fertilization in the soil of Pinus
tabulaef ormis and Robinia p seudoacaia mixed forest with rea, phosphate ammoni m and compo nd
fertilizer to soil microbial pop lation and enzyme activity. The res lts show ed t hat compo nd fertilizer
and rea significantly improved the pop lation of soil microbe,w ith an increase of 421% and 184%
respectively d ring t he grow th season compared to control. The compo nd fertilizer improved the
pop lation of azotobacter and potassi m bacteria, and the phosphate ammoni m enhanced the pop la
tion of phosphobacteria. The enzyme activity of soil was boosted p with significantly seasonal change
after treatment w ith different fertilizers.
