长　沙　学　院 CHANGSHA UNIVERSITY 毕业设计 设 计 题目： 　　（2015届） 　本科生毕业设计说明书 谭杰百货商场综合楼 系　　　　部： 土 木 建 筑 工 程 专 业： 土 木 工 程 学 生 姓 名： 谭 杰 班 级： 建筑1班 学号 2011013117 指导教师姓名： 刘 小 平 职称 副 教 授 最终评定成绩 2015年6月 摘 要 本次设计题目是谭杰百货商场综合楼，主要可分为建筑设计和结构设计，采用现浇整体式框架混凝土结构，层数为五层，本工程的抗震设防烈度为7度，设计地震分组为第一组，II 类场地。楼盖与屋盖均采用钢筋混凝土结构。 本工程的建筑设计在符合整体规划的前提下，本着经济、美观、适用的原则进行设计，并绘制出平、立、剖及节点构造详图等建筑施工图。 首先，对建筑进行了整体的结构布置，对各主要构件的尺寸进行了初步估算。然后，进行了水平层间荷载的计算，进而通过D值法算出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。算出各竖向荷载及其作用下的框架内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。继而找出结构主要构件的最不利的内力组合，并以此为基础进行构件的配筋计算。此外，还进行了框架梁、柱、基础、楼板及楼梯的设计，最后运用PKPM结构分析软件建模并进行了验算，同时绘制了结构施工图。 关键词：建筑设计，结构设计，D值法，内力组合，PKPM验算 ABSTRACT This design topic is a department store building design, mainly can be divided into the architectural design and structure design, using cast-in-situ monolithic concrete frame structure, layer number of five layers, the engineering seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, design earthquake group is the first group, class II.
