Fushun No 1 Petrochemical Factory FuShun l13008) Abstract: After the second technology modification of wax cracking unit, with the No. 54 half refined wax, the technological parameter of high temperature, short reaction time and low hydrocarbon component of pressure, the quality of circling wax being strictly controlled, the flash distillation tower being cancelled and the staying time of high temperature circling wax being shortened during boiling, the second cracking of olefin is evidently reduced, the quality of alpha olefin is greatly raised, and appearance of product is evidently improved, in which the content of normal alpha olefin is about 88 89%, that of normal paraffin is about 2 %, and that of the total olefin is about 97 98%. Compared to the first experiment, the content of normal alpha olefin has been raised by 8 10%, the appearance of product has been greatly improved and the quality can meet the need of the material of fine chemical, which can ensure making the high quality
