The Preliminary Approach of The Research and The Application for The Evaluate Model During The Process of The Establishment of The Applied Project for Traditional Chinese Medicine Major : Medical History and Documents of TCM Postgraduate : Yang Xuemei Tutor : Researcher Lin Duanyi ABSTRACT Purpose: Preliminary approach the evaluation model during the process of the establishment of the applied project for TCM , and provide references and evidences for the appraise organized and the forecast of project’s establishment. Method: The main applied method in this research: The Specialists Inquired Method and The Analytic Hierarchy Process. The selection of evaluated elements and evaluated indexes棗Ladopted The Specialists Inquired Method etc. The establishment of the evaluation system棗dadopted The Analytic Hierarchy Process、The Specialists Inquired Method and The Four Class Divided Method etc. Calculate the comprehensive score for the evaluated project with Weighted Sum Method , and achieve the forecast of project’s establishment in computer with ASP programming. Result: 1、Submit a set of evaluate indexes and evaluate system applied in the process of the establishment of the applied project for TCM. 2、Establish international computer evaluate system. Conclusion: The optioned evaluated indexes and each weights of the indexes is elementary rational; the structure of evaluate system is directly perceived through the senses; carrying out the the forecast of project’s establishment applied programming technique in the internet is simple and feasible; the final score between the established projects and the declared projects exist prominent differences. Believing that this evaluate model can regard as the references for the evaluation of research project, and having certainly directly meaning for the research project’s declaration.
