精品论文 参考文献 特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症预防性对策分析 岳阳市广济医院 湖南岳阳 414000 　　【摘 要】目的：研究分析特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症预防性对策。方法：选取2014年1月——2016年8月我院收治的特重型脑外伤这的患者69例为本次研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分成两组，观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用优质护理，观察组患者在此基础上对鼻饲容易产生的并发症进行预见性护理。对比两组患者并发症发生情况以及营养维持情况。结果：观察组患者并发症总发生率为6.67%；对照组患者并发症总发生率为28.21%；观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组，Plt;0.05，具有统计学意义。观察组患者无重度营养病例出现，对照组重度营养不良占17.95%，观察组患者营养支持状况明显优于对照组，Plt;0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症预防性对策护理效果??著，患者的并发症明显降低，营养维持情况较好，利于患者的预后，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】特重型脑外伤；鼻饲；并发症；预防护理 　　[Abstract]：Objective：To study the analysis of severe brain trauma patients with nasal feeding complications preventive measures. Methods：the patients were selected from January 2014 August 2016 admitted to our hospital for severe traumatic brain injury of the 69 cases as the research object，according to different nursing methods were divided into two groups，observation group and control group. The control quality of nursing care groups of patients，patients in the observation group on the basis of nasal feeding complications were prone to nursing care. Compared two groups of patients with complications and nutritional support. Results：the patients in the observation group the overall complication rate was 6.67%；the control group of patients with complication rate was 28 .21%；the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group，Plt;0.05，was statistically significant. The observation group of patients without severe nutritional cases of control group，severe malnutrition accounted for 17.95%，nutritional support in patients in the observation group was better than the control group，Plt;0.05，was statistically significant.
