精品论文 参考文献 瑞芬太尼与书芬太尼联用对老年患者全麻术中应激反应和术后阵痛作用的效果分析 哈尔滨星光医院 黑龙江 哈尔滨 150046 【摘 要】目的：评价瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼联用对老年患者全麻术中应激反应和术后镇痛作用。方法：选取本院 2014年 6月到2016年 6月间在全麻下行择期腹部手术的老年患者60例，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组30例；观察组患者均给予瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼联用镇痛治疗，对照组患者均单纯给予瑞芬太尼镇痛治疗，比较两组患者在麻醉诱导前、后的各项指标。结果：观察组患者插管后2 min 和7min拔管后2min和7 min时的 HR、MAP明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组拔管后15min的 RS、OAA/S 评分值和术后 6、12 和 24 h 时的 VAS 评分值明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼联用治老年患者全麻手术中，可有效地减轻患者的应激反应，缓解瑞芬太尼所致的术后急性疼痛。 【关键词】瑞芬太尼；舒芬太尼；应激反应；阵痛作用 Effect of remifentanil combined with fentanyl on stress response and postoperative pain in elderly patients under general anesthesia 【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the effects of remifentanil combined with sufentanil on stress response and postoperative analgesia in elderly patients under general anesthesia. Methods: 60 elderly patients who underwent elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia between June 2014 and June 2016 were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. All patients in the observation group were treated with remifentanil The combination of remifentanil and sufentanil for analgesia in the control group was given remifentanil for analgesia. The indexes of the two groups were compared before and after induction of anesthesia. Results: HR and MAP at 2 min and 7 min after extubation at 2 min and 7 min after intubation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P lt;0.05); RS, OAA / S scores The VAS scores at 6, 12 and 24 h postoperatively were significantly lower than those in the control group (P lt;0.05).
