精品论文 参考文献 疝补片修补术治疗胃肠疝气患者的临床效果分析 首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院VIP会诊中心 100000 【摘 要】目的：研究疝补片修补术治疗胃肠疝气的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2012年8月至2014年12月间收治的90例胃肠疝气患者的临床资料，以数字随机分组法为依据，将患者分为观察组、对照组，每组各45例患者。对照组接受传统手术治疗，观察组给予疝补片修补术治疗，比较两组患者的住院时间、手术时间、下床活动时间、并发症发生情况、复发率。结果：①观察组的住院时间、手术时间、术后下床活动时间均短于对照组，对比有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。②观察组中有2例并发症病例，并发症率为4.44%。对照组中有7例患者出现并发症，并发症率为15.56%。前者低于后者，对比有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。③观察组复发率为2.22%，对照组复发率为13.33%，两组对比有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：疝补片修补术在胃肠疝气的治疗中应用效果较好，可缩短患者的住院时间与手术时间，降低并发症发生率，治疗安全性更高，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】胃肠疝气；修补术；疝补片；手术时间 【中图分类号】R256.45 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）9-0829-02 【Abstract】Objective：Research hernia patch repair clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal hernia.Methods：Clinical data in our hospital in August 2012 to December 2014 were treated 90 cases of gastrointestinal hernia patients in order to figure randomization method as the basis, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 45 patients in each group . The control group received traditional surgical treatment, observation group hernia patch repair treatment, hospital stay between the two groups of patients, surgery time, bed time, the situation, the recurrence rate of complications.Results：① hospitalization observation group, operative time, postoperative ambulation were shorter than the control group, compared to statistically significant (P lt;0.05). ② observation group had two cases of complications cases, complication rate was 4.44%. The control group, 7 patients with complications, complication rate was 15.56%. The former than the latter, the contrast was statistically significant (P lt;0.05). ③ observation group, the recurrence rate was 2.22%, the recurrence rate was 13.33% in the control group, between two groups was statistically significant (P lt;0.05).Conclusion：Hernia patch repair application results in the treatment of gastrointestinal hernia better, may shorten the patients hospital stay and surgery time, reduce the incidence of complications, treatment and more secure, worthy
