Introduction 1.1 Scope of Application 1.1.1 This specification is a document of technological guidance in installation and application, only applicable for oil-immersed transformer of 110kV (including off-circuit tap changing transformer, on load tap changing transformer, auto coupling transformer, and commutator transformer). 1.1.2 Scope of Application: Requirements of transformer transporting by railway, road and ship; precautions for field acceptance and storage; field operation flow and acceptance trial; conditions for launch and daily maintenance; failure identification, etc. 1.1.3 Application of this specification should be integrated with specific structure of transformer for proper construction according to relevant terms of technological requirements
