精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预在泪道栓塞治疗干眼症中的应用效果观察 谢荣荣 　　（陕西省延安市人民医院 陕西 延安 716000） 　　【摘 要】目的：分析探讨通过护理干预对于泪道栓塞治疗干眼症患者的临床应用效果。方法：选择我院2013年1月-2015年1月之间收治的54例行Smart plug泪道栓塞治疗的干眼症患者作为观察对象，采用随机的方式将其分为观察组和对照组各27例。对照组患者采取常规护理干预；观察组则应用综合护理干预措施，对比分析两组患者的并发症的发生情况以及焦虑评分。结果：观察组患者的焦虑评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组患者的并发症高于观察组患者，差异同样具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对应用泪道栓塞治疗干眼症的患者采取综合护理干预措施，加强对患者的日常护理能够减轻患者的焦虑现象，改善患者的治疗成效，具有很好的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】生活护理干预；泪道栓塞；干眼症；应用效果 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）8-0561-02 　　To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lacrimal duct embolization in the treatment of dry eye in 　　Yanan Peoples Hospital of Shaanxi province Xie Rongrong zip code: 716000 　　【Abstract】Objective:Through the discussion and analysis of nursing intervention on clinical effect of lacrimal duct embolization in the treatment of patients with dry eye. Methods: admitted to our hospital in January 2013 and 2015, between January of 54 cases of smart plug lacrimal duct embolization in the treatment of dry eye patients as the observation object, using randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 27 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.. Results: the observation group of patients with anxiety score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); in the control group of patients with complications were higher than those in the observation group, the difference is also statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: on the application of lacrimal duct embolization in the treatment of dry eye patients take comprehensive nursing intervention measures, strengthen the daily care of patients can reduce the anxiety phenomenon, improve the therapeutic results of patients, has good clinical applicatio
