精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预对阑尾炎术后患者肠功能恢复的影响 桂林市妇女儿童医院 广西桂林 541001 【摘 要】目的：探讨综合护理干预对阑尾炎术后患者肠功能恢复的影响。方法：选择2013年6月至2014年5月在我院普外科住院诊断单纯性或化脓性阑尾炎病例共112例作为实验组，采用综合护理干预；选择2012年6月至2013年5月在我院普外科住院诊断单纯性或化脓性阑尾炎病例共105例作为对照组，采用常规护理干预。观察两组患者术后肛门自然排气时间，术后腹胀、粘连性肠梗阻、膈下脓肿、压疮发生例数、患者切口愈合时间及住院日。结果：两组患者术后24h内肛门自然排气率比较,实验组为81.25%，对照组为31.43%，实验组明显优于对照组（Plt;0.01）；两组患者术后并发症比较，实验组较对照组术后并发症少（Plt;0.05）；两组患者切口愈合时间、住院日比较，实验组较对照组缩短，两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：综合护理干预能促进阑尾炎手术后患者肛门早排气，早进食，早康复，缩短患者切口愈合时间及住院日，同时明显降低了术后腹胀的发生率、预防了粘连性肠梗阻、膈下脓肿、压疮等并发症的发生。 【关键词】综合护理干预 ；阑尾炎手术；术后肛门排便或排气时间；术后并发症 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0763-02 Comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative bowel function recovery of patients with appendicitis Yang Fudi Jiang Wenying Guilin, women and children hospital 【Abstract】Objective: To explore the comprehensive nursing interventions influence on the recovery of intestinal function in patients with appendicitis.Methods: a retrospective study.
