精品论文 参考文献 老年患者微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛临床病例分析 杨安强 　　(第一人民医院神经外一科 四川 宜宾 644000) 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨三叉神经痛老年患者实施微血管减压术的方法及临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年6月-2014年6月在我院接受治疗的三叉神经痛老年患者50例，作为观察组，均采用微血管减压术进行治疗，并选择同期在我院接受治疗的65岁以下的三叉神经痛患者50例作为对照组进行分析。比较两组的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果：两组均成功完成手术，观察组术后疼痛缓解率略低于对照组，无显著差异（P＞0.05），无统计学意义。观察组不良反应发生率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对老年性三叉神经痛患者进行临床治疗时，在对围手术期进行有效处理的基础上采用微血管减压术进行治疗，效果比较好，可以降低并发症发生率。 　　【关键词】 老年；微血管减压术；三叉神经痛 　　【中图分类号】R615 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）15-0151-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia in the elderly patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in elderly patients in 2010 June -2014 year in June in our hospital for treatment of patients as the observation group, using microvascular decompression for treatment, and select the same period in our hospital for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia patients under 65 years old in 50 cases as control group were analyzed. The clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The two groups were successfully completed the operation, the patients in the observation group pain relief rate was slightly lower than that of the control group, no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), no statistically significant, comparable. The adverse reaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
