山西财 经大 学 学报 2012 年7 月 Joumal of Shanxi Finance and Economics University Jul. ，2012 第34 卷 第7 期 Vol.34 No.7 国民经济管理 生产率变动中的规模报酬和技术进步 ———基于指数法的研究与实证分析 陈 龙，杨 灿 （厦门大学统计系，福建厦门361005） ［摘 要］在非常数规模报酬的超越对数联合成本函数的基础上，引入科技资本、教育水平和市场化率三个代表技术进步的 指标变量，运用微观经济理论分析和统计指数技术方法，分离出规模报酬因素和纯技术进步因素，建立了产出数量指数与投入 数量指数及技术进步指标指数之间的关系模型。利用我国20 个行业的投入产出数据，实证证明了行业发展存在明显的规模报 酬效应，并且在所选的技术进步三因素中，教育指标是主导因素，市场化率指标的影响较小，而科技资本指标对成本的节约是有 负面影响的。 ［关键词］规模报酬；技术进步；托恩奎斯特指数；超越对数联合成本函数 ［中图分类号］F290 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1007- 9556 （2012）07- 0001- 08 Returns to Scale and Technical Progress in TFP - - - - Empirical Analysis Based on the Index Method CHEN Long, YANG Can （Dept. of Statistics, Xiamen University, Xiamen 361005, China） Abstract ：In this paper, the authors base on the Non-constant Returns to Scale Translog Joint Cost Function and introduce the three technical progress indexes of education level, science technology level and marketing rate level. The authors set up the relationship model of output index, input index and technical progress index through the analysis of micro-economic theory and the technical method of statistical index, and then get the returns to scale and technical progress. Through the empirical analysis using the input-output data of 20 industries, the conclusion is that China ’s industries have obvious effects of returns to scale, and among the factors of technical progress, education is the dominant factor, marketing rate has less affected, while technical capital is negative to the cost saving.
