精品论文 参考文献 肾茶水提物抗抑郁作用的实验研究 雷双媛1 吴苏礼1 李 光3 刘 斌1 刘国良1 王志刚1* 耿 放2* 　　（1.黑龙江中医药大学 黑龙江 哈尔滨 150040） 　　（2.哈尔滨师范大学 黑龙江 哈尔滨 150025） 　　（3.药用植物研究所云南分所 景洪 666100） 　　【摘 要】目的：研究肾茶水提物抗抑郁作用及可能机制。方法：灌胃给予肾茶水提物后，采用小鼠悬尾实验、小鼠强迫游泳实验和5-羟色氨酸诱导的小鼠甩头实验初步观察肾茶水提物的抗抑郁作用。通过结合孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立的大鼠抑郁模型，观察肾茶水提物对大鼠糖水偏爱度和脑组织5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素水平的影响。结果：肾茶水提物可以明显缩短小鼠悬尾和强迫游泳不动时间，增加5-羟色氨酸诱导的小鼠甩头次数；肾茶水提物可以增加慢性应激模型大鼠的糖水偏爱度和脑组织5-羟色氨水平。结论：肾茶水提物具有抗抑郁的活性，其作用机制可能与调节5-羟色氨水平有关。 　　【关键词】肾茶；抑郁症；行为学；5-羟色胺；去甲肾上腺素 　　【中图分类号】R285.5 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）6-0583-02 　　The Experimental Research on Anti -depression Activity of Clerodendranthus spicatus Aqueous Extract 　　Lei Shuangyuan1, Wu Suli1,Li Guang3, Liu Bin1, Liu Guo liang1, Wang Zhigang1*, Geng Fang2* 　　（1. Method: The mice were given the forced swimming test, tail suspension test and head-twitches test induced by 5-hydroxytryptophane after treating with aqueous extract of Clerodendranthus spicatus by intragastric administration to observe the antidepressant effect. Rat models were established by separation and chronic unpredictable mild stress. Sucrose water preference and the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine in brain tissues were tested. Results: The aqueous extract of Clerodendranthus spicatus could reduce the mice tail suspension and forced swimming time, increase head-twitches count induced by 5-hydroxytryptophan and the chronic stress model rats sugar water preference and brain 5-hydroxytryptophan level. Conclusion: The anti-depression effects of aqueous extract of Clerodendranthus spicatus may be related to the regulation of 5-hydroxytryptophan level. 　　【Keywords】Clerodendranthus spicatus; Depres
