精品论文 参考文献 肿瘤内科加强护理干预对患者生存质量的改善效果 （彭州市中医医院 四川 成都 611930） 　　【摘要】目的：研究对肿瘤住院患者加强护理干预对其生存质量的改善作用。方法：选取我院近年收治的100例肿瘤住院患者，随机分为两组，分别采用常规护理模式与加强护理干预模式，对比两组患者生存质量评分变化情况以及疼痛情况差异性。结果：护理后观察组各项生存质量评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。疼痛方面，观察组中轻度疼痛与无疼痛比例分别为38%与42%，而对照组分别为28%与18%，可见观察组中轻度疼痛与无疼痛比例均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：加强护理干预可有效改善肿瘤住院患者各方面生存质量，减轻其由于疾病造成的心理及生活负担，同时可有效缓解疼痛，具有推广价值。 　　【关键词】肿瘤；护理干预；生存质量；疼痛感 　　【中图分类号】R473.73 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）28-0044-02 　　Oncology strengthening nursing intervention effect on the improvement of the quality of survival 　　Yan Xuefen. Methods Select our hospital treated 100 cases of hospitalized patients with tumor in recent years, were randomly divided into two groups, respectively by routine nursing mode and strengthen the nursing intervention mode, compared two groups of patients quality of life score changes and pain. Result The quality of life score results after nursing observation group were significantly higher than the control group (Plt;0.05). Pain, mild pain and no pain proportion in the observation group were 38% and 42% respectively, and the control group were 28% and 18% respectively, visible mild pain and no pain proportion in the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion In order to strengthen nursing intervention can effectively improve tumor patients quality of life, reduce the psychological and life burden caused by disease, can effectively alleviate pain at the same time, has the promotion value. 　　【Key words】The tumor; Nursing intervention; Quality of life; The pain 　　对于肿瘤患者而言，疾病以及治疗等多方面因素均可能造成其心理及生理上的变化，对其治疗依从性、求生欲望、对疼痛的敏感程度均可能产生影响[1]。本文采用对比方式研究了对这类患者加强护理干预的效果，现将研究结果报道如下。 　　1.资料和方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取我院在2014年7月～20
