精品论文 参考文献 胃十二指肠消化性溃疡穿孔患者实施手术规范治疗的临床效果观察 普格县人民医院 四川普格 615300 【摘 要】目的：探讨胃十二指肠消化性溃疡穿孔实施不同规范手术的治疗效果。方法：收集2012 年3 月至2015 年3 月我院收治的胃十二指肠消化性溃疡穿孔患者50例，采用随机数字法分为两组，观察组（n=25）接受腹腔镜修补术规范治疗，对照组（n=25）接受常规开腹规范治疗，比较两组患者围手术期情况、术后并发症发生率和手术治疗效果。结果：观察组患者手术时间64.18plusmn;9.28 min，对照组为84.22plusmn;19.48 min，Plt;0.05；观察组患者术中出血量为36.48plusmn;5.52 mL，对照组为53.48plusmn;15.88 mL，Plt;0.05；观察组患者术后肠蠕动恢复时间为2.41plusmn;0.72 d，对照组为3.91plusmn;0.76 d，Plt;0.05；观察组患者平均住院时间7.64plusmn;4.28 d，对照组为11.61plusmn;3.27 d，Plt;0.05；观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者，Plt;0.05。结论：腹腔镜规范手术治疗和常规开腹规范手术治疗均可以有效治疗胃十二指肠消化性溃疡穿孔，且前者手术手术创口更小，术后患者恢复更快、并发症更少，是治疗胃十二指肠消化性溃疡穿孔理想手术方式，值得推广应用。 【关键词】胃十二指肠；消化性溃疡穿孔；开腹；腹腔镜；规范治疗 [abstract] objective：to study the gastric duodenal peptic ulcer perforation surgical treatment effect of implement different norms.Methods：collected in March 2012 to March 2015，our hospital of 50 patients with gastric duodenal peptic ulcer perforation，divided into two groups by random number method，observation group（n = 25）treated with laparoscopic repair specification，the control group（n = 25）treated with conventional open specification，compared two groups of patients with perioperative，postoperative complications and surgery effect.Results：the observation group of patients with operation time 64.18 + / - 9.28 min，was 84.22 + / - 19.48 min，the control group（P lt; 0.05；Observation group of patients intraoperatie blood loss was 36.48 + / - 5.52 mL，53.48 + / - 15.88 mL，the control group（P lt; 0.05；Observation group of patients with postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery time was 2.41 + / - 0.72 d，3.91 + / - 0.76 d，the control group（P lt; 0.05；Observation group of patients the average hospitalization time 7.64 + / - 4.28 d，11.61 + / - 3.27 d，the control group（P lt; 0.05；Incidence of postoperative complications in patients with observation group was obviously lower than the control group patients，P lt; 0.05.conclusion：laparoscopic surgery and conventional laparotomy surgery can effectively treat gastr
