精品论文 参考文献 茶碱控释片配合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入急诊治疗老年哮喘疗效及不良反应分析 （四川省成都誉美医院急诊科 四川成都 610072） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨茶碱控释片配合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入急诊治疗老年哮喘的效果及不良反应。方法：选取自2014年以来我院收治的老年哮喘患者100例，随机分为2组（观察组，对照组），每组50例。对照组采用常规的硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入疗法进行治疗，观察组在使用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入的基础上加用茶碱控释片进行配合治疗。对比治疗前后2组患者肺用力呼吸容积及治疗过程中出现的不良反应情况。结果：治疗结束后2组患者的症状都有所减轻，但加用茶碱控释片进行联合治疗的观察组患者用力呼吸容积增加程度要显著高于对照组，且治疗过程中出现的不良情况也较对照组要少，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：茶碱控释片配合硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入急诊治疗老年哮喘有很好的效果，并且可以有效减少不良反应的出现，值得在临床推广。 　　【关键词】茶碱控释片；硫酸沙丁胺醇；老年哮喘 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）27-0011-03 　　Theophylline controlled-release tablets combined with inhalation of Salbutamol Aerosol emergency and adverse reactions of elderly asthma treatment 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of theophylline controlled-release tablets combined with inhalation and adverse reactions of Salbutamol Aerosol emergency treatment of asthma in elderly patients. Methods 100 elderly patients with asthma were selected since 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups (observation group, control group), 50 cases in each group. The control group used conventional Salbutamol Aerosol inhalation therapy, the observation group based on the use of Salbutamol Aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline controlled-release tablets with the treatment. The adverse reactions between the 2 groups before and after treatment in patients with lung volume and breathe in the process of treatment.
