本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：浅析河南西峡香菇产业发展现状及出口策略  摘要 随着社会经济的发展，人民的生活水平不断提高，居民的消费结构也在发生着重大变化，对健康生活、绿色生活的追求日益显现，尤其是对各种食用菌的需求越来越大。香菇是世界上第二大类的食用菌，其发展影响到全国食用菌产业的发展。香菇营养丰富，经科学鉴定，香菇含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸以及人体健康所需的各种维生素。河南西峡是我国著名的香菇生产基地，被誉为“中国香菇之乡”，是“南菇北移”后，我国最大的香菇生产基地。西峡香菇是是河南省的出口量较大的农产品，远销日本、韩国、美国、东南亚等国家和地区。西峡香菇是西峡农业的支柱性产业，在农民摆脱贫困，走向致富道路上发挥了强大的推进作用，同时也促进了西峡县经济的发展，与此同时，西峡香菇产业发展也面临着严重的问题。本文通过对西峡香菇产业发展现状及出口现状进行研究，详述西峡香菇的优势和产业现状，对产业化概念进行了概述，介绍了产业化的内涵和三种基本模式。运用SWOT分析法分析了西峡香菇发展现状中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。探讨了西峡香菇的出口现状以及其在国际市场中所面临的重重阻碍，最后结合“十三五”现代农业发展总体形势和政策取向和“互联网+”技术就西峡香菇出口问题提出了相应的解决对策。 关键词：西峡香菇 产业化 出口 对策 互联网+ Abstract With the development of social economy, peoples living standards improve, peoples consumption structure is also in the event of a major change in the pursuit of healthy living, the green life emerging, especially there is an increasing demand for all kinds of edible fungi.
