浅议我国政府采购风险与防范 摘要：随着《政府采购法》的颁布，人们对于政府采购行为愈加关注，而政府采购过程中存在的风险与防范也成为重点研究对象。本文通过对政府采购基本概念、政府采购风险种类及特点、政府采购风险形成的原因以及政府采购风险的防范等方面的分析研究，得出政府采购风险是多元化的，因此必须从多方面多角度对其进行防范，才能从根本上做到政府采购风险的防范与规避。本文旨在通过上述研究得出具体的防范措施，从而起到规范政府采购行为，提高政府采购资金的使用效益，维护国家利益和社会公共利益，保护政府采购当事人的合法权益，促进廉政建设的作用。 关键词：政府采购，政府采购风险，风险防范 ，多元化 Abstract: With the promulgation of the Government Procurement Law, people become more concerned about government procurement behavior, risk and prevention in the government procurement process has also become a key object of study. Through the analysis of the basic concepts of government procurement, the risk types and characteristics of government procurement, formation of government procurement risk ,and government procurement risk prevention in this paper, We find that government procurement risk is diversified, so it is necessary to guard against it from various angles so that the prevention and avoidance of the risk of government procurement can be done fundamentally . This article aims to specific preventive measures on the above study, which play a standardize government procurement, improve efficiency in the use of government procurement funds, safeguarding national interests and social public interests, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the government procurement to promote clean government role.
