精品论文 参考文献 药师干预对质子泵抑制剂注射剂合理使用的效果观察 邱波 　　（中铁二局集团中心医院 四川 成都 610031） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究在质子泵抑制剂注射剂使用上加强药师干预对合理应用药物的优化作用。方法：选取我院在2013年3月～2014年10月期间收治的质子泵抑制剂治疗患者共200例，归为对照组；于2015年1月开始加强药师干预，在2015年1月～2015年12月期间选取200例，归为观察组。对比两组中临床不合理用药情况及不良反应差异性。结果：观察组在质子泵抑制剂的用法、用量、联用等方面明显优于对照组，不合理用药率更低（P＜0.05）；对照组不良反应总发生率为17.5%，观察组发生率为8.5%，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：在质子泵抑制剂注射剂的临床使用上加强药师干预可明显提升用药合理性，降低因用药不当造成的不良反应，具有临床推广价值。 　　【关键词】质子泵抑制剂；药师干预；合理用药；不良反应 　　【中图分类号】R95 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）19-0032-02 　　Pharmacists intervention of rational use of proton pump inhibitor injection effect is observed 　　Qiu Bo.
