精品论文 参考文献 藻酸盐敷料在脊柱后路术后切口脂肪液化中的应用 陈琳 高敏 　　 （泸州医学院附属医院脊柱外科 四川泸州 646000） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察藻酸盐敷料在脊柱后路术后切口脂肪液化治疗的效果。方法：选择我科2012年2月～2013年3月脊柱后路手术后切口脂肪液化的患者80例，分为观察组40例和对照组40例，两组均给予预防性抗生素治疗。观察组脂肪液化伤口采用藻酸盐敷料换药，对照组脂肪液化伤口采用10%高渗盐水纱布换药。比较两组的伤口愈合时间、患者疼痛程度、伤口治疗费用，比较差异有无统计学意义。结果：两组患者换药时的疼痛感比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。察组患者切口愈合时间短于对照组切口愈合时间，换药次数、也少于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗费用两组比较无差异。结论：使用藻酸盐敷料治疗脊柱后路术后脂肪液化切口，有利于渗液及伤口床的管理，能显著缩短患者的切口愈合时间和住院时间，值得临床应用推广。 　　【关键词】 藻酸盐敷料；脊柱后路切口；脂肪液化 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）15-0020-02 　　Alginate dressings in spinal posterior postoperative application of fat liquefaction of incision Chen Lin,Gaomin,The affiliated hospital of Liuzhou medical college spinal surgery Luzhou Sichuan 64600 China 　　【Abstract】Objective Observe the alginate dressings in the spinal posterior fat liquefaction of incision postoperative treatment effect Methods Choose my family in February 2012 - March 2013 spinal posterior fat liquefaction of incision of 80 cases of patients after the surgery, divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases and control group 40 cases in the two groups were given prophylactic antibiotic therapy.
