精品论文 参考文献 血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平在小儿肺炎诊断中的临床意义分析 湖南省妇幼保健院 湖南长沙 410008 摘要：目的：探索及分析血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平在小儿肺炎中的临床诊断价值，旨在为临床诊断工作提供有效依据。方法：随机抽取2013年5月~2015年4月间我院接诊的患小儿肺炎的40例患儿进行临床研究，并将其作为研究组。同时另选同期于我院进行健康体检的40例正常儿童作为对照组进行对照研究。分别对两组儿童进行CRP检验，观察两组儿童的CRP水平，并行对比分析。结果：研究组中，支原体肺炎患儿的平均血清CRP水平为（14.62plusmn;3.38）mg/L；细菌性肺炎组患儿的平均血清CRP水平为（59.17plusmn;10.56）mg/L；病毒性肺炎组患儿的平均血清CRP水平为（2.33plusmn;1.08）mg/L。对照组儿童的平均血清CRP水平为（1.98plusmn;1.12）mg/L。对照组与病毒性肺炎患儿的血清CRP水平对比（P＞0.05），支原体肺炎组与细菌性肺炎组患儿的血清CRP水平均显著高于对照组儿童（P＜0.05）。结论：血清CRP水平可作为小儿肺炎鉴别诊断的重要依据，值得临床推广应用。 关键词：小儿；肺炎；诊断；血清C反应蛋白；临床意义 【Abstract 】Objective：To explore and analyze serum c-reactive protein（CRP）levels in the clinical diagnosis value of pediatric pneumonia，aims to provide effective basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods：Randomly in May 2013 to April 2015 our hospital departments of 40 cases with infantile pneumonia in clinical research，and as a team.At the same time an alternate during the same period in our hospital for physical examination of 40 cases of normal children as control group to control study.Respectively on two groups of children in CRP examination，to observe the CRP level of two groups of children，the parallel comparison and analysis.Results：The study group，mycoplasma pneumonia in children with an average serum CRP level of（14.62 plusmn; 3.38 mg/L；The average serum CRP level for children with bacterial pneumonia group（59.17 plusmn; 10.56 mg/L；An average serum CRP level of children viral pneumonia group（2.33 plusmn; 1.08 mg/L.Control group of children an average serum CRP level of 1.98 plusmn;1.12 mg/L.The control group compared with serum CRP level of children with viral pneumonia（P gt; 0.05），the children with mycoplasma pneumonia and bacterial pneumonia group serum CRP level of children were significantly higher than control group（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：The serum CRP level can be used as important basis differential diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia，worthy of clinical popularization and application.
