提 要 目的：名老中医张鸣鹤教授从事风湿免疫性疾病研究多年，在治疗骨关节 炎方面形成了自己独特的治疗思路。本研究通过观察张鸣鹤教授益肾消痹方治疗 膝骨关节炎的临床疗效，从基础理论、临床观察两个方面进行研究，探讨其可能 的作用机制。方法：本研究将60例患者随机分为2组，分别使用益肾消痹方、口 服乐松及维骨力这两种方法治疗膝骨关节炎，观察症状、体征、实验室检查等变 化。结果：1．两组临床疗效比较：治疗组与对照组综合临床疗效的控显率、总 有效率比较显著性差异(P0.05)，治疗组疗效优于对照组；两组的中医证候疗效 的控显率、总有效率比较，均有显著性差异(P0.05)，治疗组疗效优于对照组； 2.治疗后两组患者的WOMAC积分、中医症状积分比较均有显著性差异(P0.05)， 治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：益肾消痹方对膝骨关节炎有良好的临床疗效，对 缓解临床症状、改善关节功能、提高生活质量具有更好的作用，且无不良反应。 结合现代医学、中药药理学现代研究分析，其作用机制可能是通过改善关节软骨 代谢、抗感染、抗炎镇痛、改善血流变等方面多环节对膝骨关节炎发挥有效的治 疗作用。 关健词 益肾消痹方；膝骨关节炎；临床研究 Clinical study on treatment of knee osteoarthritis by YISHENXIAOBI of Professor Zhang Minghe SPeciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Rheumatic Disease Author: Yang Xiuxiu Tutor: Prof. Zhang Liting Abstract Objective: Professor Zhang Minghe research in rheumatic autoimmune diseases for many years, in the treatment of osteoarthritis has formed a unique treatment considerations.
