摘 要
tonicclonic
目的分析发作类型为强直～阵挛发作(generalizedseizure，GTCS)
mineral
的未服抗癫痫药的成人癫痫患者骨密度(bone density,BMD)的变化，探讨
影响强直一阵挛发作患者骨密度变化因素。
方法对29名发作类型为强直一阵挛发作且未曾服用任何抗癫痫药的癫痫
患者和30名健康成人进行骨密度检测并予以对比，对强直一阵挛发作患者总碱
性磷酸酶、血磷浓度以及血钙浓度进行检测分析。
结果强直一阵挛组癫痫患者L1至L4椎体总体平均骨密度Z值明显较正常
对照组低伊=0．007)。对强直～阵挛患者的年龄、性别、病程、体重等因素与其
骨密度进行相关性分析，发现体重和性别存在相关性。患者腰椎部骨密度与体
度Z值与性别关系为(B一0．38，P=0．009)，即与女性成『F相关，与男性成负相
关。
结论强直一阵挛发作可导致成人癫痫患者骨密减低，体重是保护性因素，
女性较男性受影响小。
