提 要 目的：本研究旨在观察急性期针刺风池、风府治疗周围性面瘫的疗效，与常规针 刺相比是否具有优越性，从而为针刺治疗该病寻找一种更为快捷、方便、高效且痛苦 小的治疗方法。 方法：选取60例周围性面瘫患者，随机分为观察组（急性期主穴取风府、风池） 和对照组（常规针刺治疗)，每组各 30 例，以 House Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评 价分级系统与症状积分标准进行疗效评价，分别于针刺前、治疗4个疗程后记录病情 变化情况及痊愈天数。 结果：H-B面神经功能评价分级系统结果：观察组总有效率100%，痊愈率80.0%； 对照组总有效率 96.7%，痊愈率 66.7%，两者比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05)；两者症 状积分比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05)。但观察组的总有效率和痊愈率有高于对照组的 趋势；观察组痊愈患者的治疗次数少于对照组，两者有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。 结论：针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫，主穴取风池、风府可明显缩短疗程，疗效明 确。 关键词 针刺；风池；风府；周围性面瘫；急性期 Clinical Observation of Treatment in Peripheral Facial Paralysis by Needling Fengchi and Fengfu Acupoints Specialty: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author: Zhang Zhiguo Tutor:Ge Baohe Abstract Objective: To explore the efficacy of needling Fengchi and Fengfu points, and to find a more rapid, convenient, efficient and less painful treatment method in the early period of peripheral facial paralysis.
