强筋健骨汤治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效研究 摘 要 目的：观察强筋健骨汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（Knee Osteoarthritis，KOA） 的临床疗效。方法：将120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为强筋健骨汤组、氨基葡萄糖 组和对照组，每组各40例。每组患者均予以玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，每周1次，连 续给药5周。第一组同时口服强筋健骨汤，每日1剂，7天为一个疗程，连续5个疗 程；第二组口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊，连续5周；第三组单纯注射玻璃酸钠。在治疗后1、 2、5 周对三组患者症状、体征积分、关节炎影响指数和安全性指标进行评估。结果： 三组患者治疗5周后疗效为：强筋健骨汤组总有效率为90.0%，氨基葡萄糖组总有效 率为80.25%，对照组总有效率为77.5%，疗效三组间差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05)， 显示三组均可明显缓解患者症状，改善患者膝关节功能。在治疗期间，未见明显因药 物使用引起的不良反应。结论：强筋健骨汤配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨 性关节炎疗效显著，尤其对关节活动度、关节肿胀、膝周压痛改善明显。但其作用机 制及远期疗效尚有待于通过动物实验研究和进一步临床观察来验证和阐明。 关键词：强筋健骨汤；氨基葡萄糖胶囊；膝骨性关节炎；中药治疗 I Clinical curative effect research on treatment of knee osteoarthritis with QiangjinjianguTang Abstract Speciality: Orthopaedics Author: LUO Wang-hua Tutor: Prof. ZHANG Jun-zhong Purpose : Observe the clinical curative effect on treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with QiangjinjianguTang.
