提 要 目的: 观察情志刺激与消化性溃疡发病相关性，配合疏肝和胃治疗，探讨肝主疏 泄在消化性溃疡发病及治疗中的作用。方法:临床选择符合纳入标准的消化性溃疡患 者60例，随机分为两组，治疗组（30例）给予奥美拉唑肠溶片、健胃愈疡片、舒肝 片。对照组（30例）给予奥美拉唑肠溶片、健胃愈疡片。两组均以4周为一疗程， 观察两组临床疗效。结果: 治疗组中医证候疗效、胃镜疗效均优于对照组（P＜0.05 或P＜0.01）。提示治疗组能明显改善胃脘疼痛、胸胁胀满、嗳气吞酸、纳呆食少等 症状，其疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。 结论:肝主疏泄对消化性溃疡的治疗具有深远影响，加用疏肝和胃药物是治疗消化性 溃疡的有效方法。 关键词 消化性溃疡；情志致病；疏肝和胃 Emotional stimulation correlation with peptic ulcer Specialty: Internal Medicine Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Han Yitian Tutor: Professor Liu Dongmei Abstract Objective: Observation of emotional stimuli associated with peptic ulcer, treatment with the Liver and Stomach, controlling dispersion and the treatment of the liver in peptic ulcer disease.
