课程改革在手术室护生实验课中的应用

【摘要】目的:通过课程改革,探寻提高手术室护生学习兴趣的方法,从而提高手术室实验课教学效果,增加学生对带教老师满意度。方法:采用随机抽样的办法,分成实验组及对照组,每组各15名学生。实验组对课程安排进行改革,即在学习内容及学习总时间不变的情况下,调整学习顺序,重新分配实验课各时段时间;对照组按教育大纲要求将6节实验课连续教学完成,并布置作业,按常规收回作业。结果:期末考核时,实验组的理论考核成绩比对照组要高(Plt;0.05),且对老师的评价比对照组好(Plt;0.05)。结论:通过教学改革,可提高护生学习兴趣,提高知识点牢固度,提高学习成绩,同时可改进师生关系,增加学生对教师满意度。

The application of the curriculum reform in Experimental Course of Nursing Students in Operation Room

Abstract:Objective:By course reform to explore the method of improving the nursing students interest in operation room, the teaching effect of operation room experiment and to increase the degree of students satisfaction with teachers. Methods:30 nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group of 15 students. In experimental group, to adjust the learning sequence and redistribute each period of time of experiment course according to the course reform ,but no changes in learning content and learning total time;Control group ,according to the education outline requirements, there will be 6 experimental lesson for teaching and some homework for students. Results:The theoretical results of the experimental group were higher than the control group (Plt;0.05), and the evaluation of the teachers was better than the control group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion:The reform of teaching can improve students learning interest, the degree of knowledge firmness, their academic performance, and the relationship between students and teachers, and can also increase the degree of students satisfaction.
