精品论文 参考文献 贝伐单抗联合化疗治疗晚期肠癌的临床疗效观察 1.宝应县人民医院 江苏宝应 225800；2.江苏省肿瘤医院 江苏南京 21009； Treatment of advanced colorectal cancer by Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapyYU Qing-li，LI Sheng，ZHU Liang-jun，ZHANG Zhi，SHEN Jian，XU Xing-xin1.Department of Medical Oncology，The People＇s Hospital of Baoying BaoYing Yangzhou 225800，China2.Department of Internal Medicine，Jiang su Cancer Hospital Nanjing 210009，China 【摘 要】目的：观察贝伐单抗联合全身化疗治疗晚期初治结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法：选择2012 年09 月至2014 年12月江苏省肿瘤医院收治的晚期初治结直肠癌患者共36 例，采用贝伐单抗联合含奥沙利铂药物方案或含伊立替康药物方案，21d为1 周期。每2 周期进行肿瘤疗效评估，并随访观察无进展生存及不良反应。结果：全组获 CR1 例（2.7%），PR 14 例（38.9%），SD18 例（50.0%），PD3 例（8.0%），ORR 率为 41.6%，DCR 率为 91.6%；中位周期数6 个周期，中位PFS9 个月；不良反应：骨髓抑制17 例（47.0%），肝功能损伤2 例（5.0%），高血压6 例（16.6%），肾周积水1 例（2.7%），出血12 例（33.3%），蛋白尿5 例（13.8%）。结论：贝伐单抗联合含奥沙利铂方案或含伊立替康方案治疗晚期初治结直肠癌疗效理想，毒副反应可耐受。 【关键词】结直肠癌；贝伐单抗；化疗 Abstract：Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of treating advanced colorectal cancer by Bevacizumab combined withchemotherapy．Methods：36 cases of advanced colorectal cancer received bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy from September 2012to December 2014 in Jiangsu cancer hopital.After two consecutive treatment courses，the evaluation of the efficacy，adverse effects andprogression-free survival were carried out.Results：The over all response rate was 41.6%，Disease control rate was 91.6%，with CR1（2.7%），PR 14（38.9%），SD18（50.0%），PD3（8.0%）.The median Progression-free survival was 9 months and median cycles for 6，myelosuppressionin 17 cases（47.0%），liver function injury in 2 cases（5%）and hypertension in 6 cases（16.6%），hydroperinephrosis in 1 case（2.7%），bleeding in 12 cases（33.3%），proteinuria in 5 cases（13.8%）.Conclusion：Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy for advanced colorectalcancer were efficacy，the toxicity and side effects are tolerable。KEYWORDS：Bevacizumab；Colorectal cance；Chemotherapy 【中图分类号】R572.3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2096-0867（2015）-10-048-02 结直肠癌（colorectal cancer，CRC）是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一。由于CRC 早期无明显特异性症状，大约50%～60%的CRC
