精品论文 参考文献 超声光散射乳腺成像系统在健康体检中的价值研究 山东省昌邑市人民医院体检中心 261300 摘要：目的：探讨超声光散射乳腺成像系统在乳腺健康体检中的临床应用价值。方法：选择本院进行健康体检的 22-73 岁女性，采取外科触诊与超声光散射乳腺成像的方法进行乳腺检查，并对检查结果进行对比分析。结果：超声光散射乳腺成像系统诊断乳腺增生和乳腺结节的检出率优于外科触诊，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。41-50 岁年龄组乳腺增生和乳腺结节的检出率优于外科触诊，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：超声光散射乳腺成像系统应用于乳腺健康体检对乳腺增生和乳腺结节检出率优于外科触诊，特别是在 41-50岁年龄组，建议选择超声光散射乳腺成像系统作为常规乳腺体检项目。 关键词：超声光散射乳腺成像系统；健康体检 Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of the ultrasonic light scattered breast imaging system in the health examination of the breast.Methods：our hospital health examination of women aged pd22-73，adopt surgical palpation and ultrasound scattering light breast imaging method to carry on the breast examination，the examination results are compared and analyzed.Results：detection rate of ultrasonic scattering light breast imaging system diagnosis of breast hyperplasia and breast nodules is superior to surgical palpation，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.The 41-50 age group of breast hyperplasia and breast nodule detection rate was superior to surgical palpation，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：light scattering of ultrasound breast imaging system used in health examination of breast of mammary gland hyperplasia and breast nodules detection rate is superior to surgical palpation，especially in 41-50 age group，it is recommended to choose light scattering of ultrasound breast imaging system as a routine breast examination project. [Key words]ultrasound light scattering breast imaging system；health examination 随着乳腺癌发病率的逐年增高和人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对健康的关注度也越来越高，在健康体检项目中乳腺的检查也被作为常规检查项目[1]。随着医疗技术的不断发展，超声光散射乳腺成像系统作为一种超声和光子结合的双模式检查设备，在乳腺疾病的诊断中发挥重要的作用。我院对乳腺健康体检的人群采取了外科触诊和超声光散射乳腺成像两种方法进行检查，现将检查结果分析如下。 1资料与方法 1.1　一般资料　选取 2013年1月-2015年3月在本科进行健康体检的4362例女性，年龄 21-73岁，所有人群按照年龄进行分组，分为21-30岁年龄组、31-40岁年龄组、41-50岁年龄组、51-73岁年龄组。所有先对双侧乳腺进行外科触诊再进行超声光散射乳腺检查。 1.2　检查方法　乳腺触诊医师为具有10年以上临床经验的医师进行检查。超声光散射断层成像仪（Diffuse op
