精品论文 参考文献 足背伸曲运动对术后卧床患者预防DVT形成的研究 大连大学附属中山医院 116001 摘要：目的：足背伸曲运动对术后卧床患者预防下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的影响。方法：选取2014.8~2015.8在我科进行手术术后需卧床的患者60例，采取随机数表法分为对照组和实验组各30例。实验组采取护理干预给予指导患者主动或被动做足背伸曲运动，包括伸曲角度、间隔时间、运动数量。对照组则不给予足背伸曲运动干预，只给予常规护理指导。结果：研究结果显示60例卧床患者中，实验组满意率93.33%明显高于对照组56.66%，实验组效果优于对照组（Plt;0.05）；在减少住院天数及费用上占优势，且无并发症发生。结论：通过护理干预采取的主动或被动做足背伸曲运动的30例患者中，可以有效的促进血液回流，同时减少住院天数及费用，且经过造影复查后可降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，预防肺栓塞???脑栓塞的发生。 关键词：卧床；DVT；护理；足背伸曲运动 [Abstract] Objective Effect of foot dorsal extension on prevention of deep venous thrombosis（DVT）of lower limb in postoperative patients. Method Select 2014.8~2015.8 in our department of surgery for bedridden patients 60 cases，to take a random number table method were divided into control group and experimental group，30 cases in each group. In the experimental group，nursing intervention was adopted to guide the patients to take the initiative or passive to do the foot back flexion movement，including the extension angle，the interval time，the movement quantity. While the control group did not give the full back flexion exercise intervention，the control group was given routine nursing instruction. Result Research results show that 60 cases of bedridden patients in the experimental group satisfaction rate of 93.33% was significantly higher than that of the control group 56.66%，the experimental group is better than control group（P lt; 0.05）；in reducing hospitalization days and cost advantage，and no complications occurred. Conclusion By nursing intervention，in the shape of the active or passive to do foot dorsal flexion movement of 30 patients，can promote haemal circumfluence，while reducing the length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization and after angiography can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs，in the prevention of pulmonary embolism and cerebral embolism.
