毕 业 设 计 学生姓名： 学 号： 学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 题 目： 精量播种机设计 指导教师： 评阅教师： 2017 年 6 月 毕 业 设 计 中 文 摘 要 精量播种机有着省种高产等优点，逐渐受到广大农民群众的欢迎，播种机进行种植的对象是农作物的种子或者是制造成丸粒形状的包衣种子。该类播种机按照播种的方式可以分为：真空种子播种机撒播机、穴播机和条播机3类。拟设计的精量播种机是根据国内外播种机的发展趋势,与小型拖拉机配套的农用机械。该机能够一次性实现播种施肥覆土工作，并且同时可以进行覆土撒水操作。根据用户要求的不同，该机通过更改犁铧开沟器和变速箱的档位可以轻松实现行距种深以及种距。本机设置有6档变速调节可以实现大部分播种工作要求。这次设计着重了排种和覆土方面的设计，开沟器，以及镇压轮的选择。 关键词 精量播种机 播种机 播种 施肥 覆土 撒水 毕 业 设 计 外 文 摘 要 Title Design of Precision Seeder Abstract Precision seeding machine has the advantages of high yield and other provinces，Gradually welcomed by the masses of farmers，The planter is planted as a seed for a crop or as a coated seed made of pellets. The seeding machine according to the way of planting can be divided into: vacuum seed sowing machine sowing machine, hole sowing machine and sowing machine 3 categories. The proposed precision sowing machine is based on the development trend of domestic and foreign planter, with small tractors supporting agricultural machinery. The machine can achieve a one-time planting and fertilization casing work, and at the same time can carry out soil spraying operation. According to the different requirements of the user, the aircraft by changing the plow opener and gearbox stalls can easily achieve the line spacing and pitch.The machine is equipped with 6-speed variable speed adjustment can achieve most of the planting requirements. This design focuses on the design of the rows and casing, the opener and the choice of the wheel.
