通过spss软件对影响大学生就业的各项因素进行深入分析.docx

摘要摘 要2011年是我国高校大规模扩招的12周年，越来越多的人因为扩招分享到高等教育资源。但同时由于扩招带来的大学毕业生数量增长过快、国家产业结构调整以及2008年全球金融风暴的影响，给大学生就业造成了很大的困难。我国高校教育实现了跨越式的发展，我国高等教育体制也从之前的精英教育阶段步入了大众化教育阶段，高校毕业生人数逐年大量增加，高等教育得到了蓬勃发展。但与之相悖的一个现象是大学生就业问题日益凸现，出现了我们以前从没有想过的大学生就业难的局面，之前大学生，天之骄子，的优越感也荡然无存，大学生就业问题成了我国三大就业问题之一。本文在分析目前就业形势的基础上，通过spss软件作出线性回归分析、相关性分析以及其他综合性数据分析，来对影响大学生就业的各项因素进行深入理解，从更加全面、更长远的角度来看待大学生就业问题，提出分析模型，并针对各因素分析结果提出相对的切合实际的建议，从而达到解决析大学生就业问题的目的。试从国家的宏观调控、学校的自身调整、大学教师在就业工作中能动性以及市场机制四个方面提出相应对策，以提高毕业生的就业质量和效率。关键词：大学生就业SPSS就业市场对策ABSTRACTABSTRACT2011 is a large-scale enrollment of the 12 anniversary of the university, more and more people to share the resources of higher education because of enrollment.
