精品论文 参考文献 透明质酸钠预防无痛人流术后宫腔粘连的价值分析及临床研究 　湖南省岳阳市妇幼保健院 414000 　　【摘 要】目的：研究透明质酸钠预防无痛人流术后宫腔粘连的价值。方法：选择我院2014年1月-2015年12月无痛人流术患者80例进行分组分析。常规给药组术后常规给予普通药物治疗，透明质酸钠组在常规给药组基础上用透明质酸钠预防术后宫腔粘连。比较两组患者术后宫腔粘连发生率；腹痛、阴道流血持续时间、月经复潮时间。结果：透明质酸钠组相较于常规给药组术后宫腔粘连发生率更低，P＜0.05；透明质酸钠组相较于常规给药组腹痛、阴道流血持续时间、月经复潮时间更短，P＜0.05。结论：透明质酸钠预防无痛人流术后宫腔粘连的价值高，可有效预防术后宫腔粘连发生，改善临床症状，缩短腹痛、阴道流血持续时间，促进月经恢复，值得推广。 　　【关键词】透明质酸钠；无痛人流术；宫腔粘连；价值 　　【 abstract 】 objective：to study the sodium hyaluronic acid to prevent the value of painless abortion operation caused by intrauterine adhesions. Methods：from January 2014 - December 2015，80 cases of patients with painless abortion operation grouping analysis. Routine postoperative routine give regular medication dosage group，sodium hyaluronate group on the basis of conventional dosage groups with sodium hyaluronic acid to prevent postoperative caused by intrauterine adhesions. Compare two groups of patients with postoperative uterine cavity conglutination；Duration of abdominal pain，vaginal bleeding，menstrual double tide time. Results：sodium hyaluronate group compared with the conventional drug delivery higher incidence of postoperative caused by intrauterine adhesions，P lt; 0.05；Sodium hyaluronate group compared with the conventional drug delivery duration of abdominal pain，vaginal bleeding，menstrual double tide time shorter，P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：sodium hyaluronate to prevent postoperative painless abortion caused by intrauterine adhesions of high value，which can effectively prevent postoperative uterine cavity adhesion，improve the clinical symptoms，shorten the duration of abdominal pain，vaginal bleeding，promoting menstrual recovery，is worth promoting. 　　【 key words 】 sodium hyaluronate；Painless abortion surgery；Caused by intrauterine adhesions.
