摘要 随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型学科，任何一个单位要生存要发展，要高效地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。 本文简单的介绍了Microsoft Office Access 2003，以及利用Microsoft Office Access 2003制作的一个公司设备管理系统。 系统分为6个功能模板，即用户管理模板、设备信息维护模板、设备信息报表模板、设备维修报表模板、系统维护模板。系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用，能完成设备的增加、删除、修改、查询等功能，及时准确地反映设备的状况和维修情况，从而为提高设备完好率，制定维修和采购计划提供依据。从而使企业合理的管理所拥有的设备，推动企业的发展。 关键词：Microsoft Office Access，设备管理系统，信息管理系统 ABSTRACT With more and more widespread and profound application of information technology in management, the implement of management information system has become mature in technology step by step. Managing information system is a new subject. Enterprise needs existence and development, so enterprise activities should be organized efficiently and organically, which means tightening up the enterprise management and strengthening effective management of any resource internal the enterprise, and also establishing a management information system fitting in with its own characteristics. This article expatiates Microsoft Office Access 2003, and with which a system for company facility management. There are six function cyclostyles, user management cyclostyle, facility information maintenance cyclostyle, facility information reporting cyclostyle, facility maintenance reporting cyclostyle and system maintenance cyclostyle. The system interface is complete, easy for using and practical. It has the functions like add, delete, modify and inquire. Also, it can provide you the situation and maintenance correctly and in time. So it can provide the gist for elevating facility perfection, making a plan for maintenance and stock, which makes the enterprise can manage its own facility, and promotes its development.
