精品论文 参考文献 针刀加手法整复治疗神经根型颈椎病80例效果分析 丁满飞 任晓东 张向梅 　　（万全县中医院 河北 张家口 076250） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨针刀加手法整复治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法：选取2012年12月到2014年11月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者共160例作为本次研究的对象，将患者平均分为治疗组和对照组，每组患者各有80例，对照组采用牵引推拿治疗，治疗组采用针刀加手法治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组的治疗总有效率是98.75%，对照组的治疗总有效率是83.75%，组间治疗效果对比差异具有显著性（x2=11.272,P=0.001）。结论：神经根型颈椎病患者采用针刀加手法整复治疗，具有十分显著的治疗效果，值得在临床上大力推广与应用。 　　【关键词】针刀治疗；手法整复；神经根型颈椎病 　　【中图分类号】R245.9 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）01-0245-02 　　Analysis of the effect of acupuncture plus manipulative reduction in the treatment of 80 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy 　　Ren Xiaodong Zhang Xiangmei Ding Manfei 　　 Hebei traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hebei province Zhangjiakou 076250 Wanquan County 　　【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy manipulation in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: a total of December 2012 to 2014 years 11 months in our hospital from nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients with a total of 160 cases as the object of this study. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in each group have 80 cases, the control group, traction and massage therapy, the treatment group with acupuncture and manipulation in the treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.75%, the total effective rate of the control group was 83.75%, and the difference of the treatment effect between the two groups was significant (P=0.001, x2=11.272).
