毕业设计（论文） 设计（论文）题目： 龙岗区综合执法信息系统 的设计与实现 学生姓名： 学生学号： 专业班级： 指导老师： 系主任（院长）： 5 月 25 日 龙岗区综合执法信息系统的设计实现 摘 要 系统实现对区政府约20个行政许可实施机关的政务信息共享。具体的建设内容包括： 综合执法信息管理系统（软件）开发，相关各部门系统接入及信息采集和政务CA系统的建设。 其中，建设综合执法信息管理系统软件，主要包括信息报送模块、信息报送及利用监管模块、信息发布及共享查询模块、网上互动模块、系统管理模块等；相关各部门系统接入及信息采集包括近20个相关部门的系统连通接入工作。确定数据上报模式，有系统的部门，最终必须实现信息通过数据交换平台自动报送，报送到系统中。政务CA系统的建设的主要工作是将建设宝安区政务外网统一的CA系统，给系统主要的用户发CA证书，系统将结合CA技术来提供系统的安全性，保障信息的安全、有效利用，CA提供身份认证，权限的控制由本系统开发商控制，CA提供应用接口来保证身份的唯一性；而数据交换和共享实施的权责规则的制定则是建立一套管理制度，规范各参与部门之间的权责。主要是规范如何共享许可数据、如何安全、实时、合法的利用共享数据等等。是对各部门的一个业务处理约束。 关键词：电子政务；信息采集；CA；数据交换 Abstract System implement the administrative information sharing of about 20 administrative licensing authorities of local government, including: System(Software) Development, the system access and information collection of Related departments, the development of CA system and establish the rules of data exchange and sharing.
